James Meunier has dedicated his life to public service. He is a retired Army Combat Veteran serving 21 years with tours to Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He was an Infantryman for 10 years and a AH-64 pilot for his remaining service. He is a retired Air Interdiction Agent with Customs and Border Protection. Currently, he is a Paramedic at a busy 911 ambulance company, Community Rescue Service in Hagerstown, MD. The opportunity presented itself in July 2023 to take ownership of the Hagerstown Warthogs Basketball Team. The exciting opportunity to be able to give back to the community and make a positive impact was impossible to pass up. James is the Co-owner and General Manager for the Warthogs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the community. The opportunity to be a part of the rebirth of the Street Basketball Association was an easy decision. The ability to grow community service to a larger level is an exciting adventure. James became the Director of Operations of the Street Basketball Association Professional Basketball League in September 2024.
